Determining your goal number of calories has to be well thought out.
It can not be:
– Not too high, because we end up not losing any fat;
– Neither too low, that we lose fat with muscle and for a very long period consuming a very low number of calories will end up breaking us and we will not be able to stick to the process.
In addition, a very low daily number of calories will make our body work solely to survive, we will have a lower testosterone level, lose energy, motivation, among others things.

We want to achieve a body like no one else we know without sacrificing our life!
