From a very early age I like and practice physical activity, but it was in 2014 that I started to dedicate myself to building that actor/model body. I spent many years twirling from plan to plan on the internet, spending money on magazines, supplements and killing myself on absurd plans that, no matter how determined I was, after 1 week I always gave up and ended up worse than when I started.
